PRE-ORDERING
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Is there a huge difference between the EvryJourney and the Around the Block models? I'm 5'1 with a 27" inseam so I need a 24" bike. I plan on riding mostly on paved trails, parks, etc., and will ride occasionally on dirt paths at campgrounds. Also, would the 3 speed be sufficient for this type of riding?
Hi, Willa,
Thank you for sending us your inquiry about our EVRYjourney and Around the Block bicycles. These bikes have significant differences that are important to consider when choosing.The Around The Block has the classic cruiser design that has been around for about ninety years. With the EVRYjourney, the frame has been changed in two ways.
- The frame is extended a few inches. so it is a bit longer, roomier.
- The pedals have been moved forward so that the rider can sit closer to the ground and touch the ground with both feet flat when standing.
Another key difference between them is that the EVRYjourney is made of aluminum while the Around The Block is made of steel so, when fully assembled, the EVRYjourney weighs about 35 lbs. and the Around The Block weighs about 38 lbs. (The actual weight can vary depending on the size and speed choice)
Some other differences that the EVRYjourney has compared to the Around the Block model are:
The inclusion of a quick-release front wheel;
A much softer seat;
A three-piece crank instead of a single piece crank;
Much higher quality material for the grips when comparing the single speed variants.It's worth noting that both bikes offer an upright riding position to take the strain off of the back.
I hope this helps you make your decision on which one to choose.

Can I get this in a single speed? I am short and need the 24 inch model but I want single speed.
We only have 3 and 7-speed options available for the Women's 24" EVRYjourney.
Thank you. -
How much does the 3 speed weigh?
34 lbs. assembled.

I am 5’1” and want to be able to put my feet on ground, not just tips of toes. The bodyfit tells me to get 26”, not 24” which seems to make more sense. Can you tell me which I should get?
At 5'1", I would recommend you go with the 24" and raise the seat to the appropriate height.
The lowest seat setting on the 26" model, at 5'1", only your toes will be touching the ground really. -
Can I get a different color, black or cream?
For the 24" models, we only have them available in Teal and Navy blue currently.

Why is the 3 speed bike more expensive than the 7 speed? Why is the riding speed higher and the distance longer in the 3 speed?
Greetings,
The cost of producing the 3-speed internal-hub is higher than the 7 speed with an external derailleur, that is the only reason a 3 speed is more expensive.
As for the speed and distance, I believe that is a typo, the speed and distance should be the same for both models. -
What are pros and cons of 3 speed versus 7 speeds?
Greetings,
7 Speed models have lower and higher gears than a 3 speed, so if you have more hills and steeper hills in your riding area, it will be easier to climb the.
The 3 Speed will have a coaster brake, along with a front hand brake for riders who like having a coaster brake.
It all depends on your leg strength and ability to ride really, but I usually recommend 7 speeds if you have hills in your area.
